What time do you open?
We're open Monday through Friday at 6:00 AM, Saturday at 7:00 AM, and Sunday at 8:00 AM. Our early bird menu is available from open until 10:30 AM.
Do I need a reservation for the meeting space?
Walk-ins are welcome when tables are available, but we recommend booking wellness meeting space at least 24 hours ahead — especially for groups of three or more.
Is there parking nearby?
Street parking and a public garage are within two blocks of our downtown location. Address details are shared when you confirm a reservation.
Are you a good coffee shop near me for quick meetings?
Yes — we're designed for wellness professionals who need a reliable, quiet spot for 30–90 minute meetings without the noise of a typical cafe.

How much does the wellness meeting space cost?
Meeting space reservations start at $45 for a two-hour block, including beverage service. Half-day and full-day packages are available for team offsites.
What's included with a quiet work lounge pass?
Day passes include Wi-Fi, access to our quiet zone, complimentary tea and filtered water, and a 15% discount on food orders during your visit.
Do you offer catering for salon and spa events?
Absolutely. We cater client appreciation days, team celebrations, and launch events with pastry platters, coffee bars, and custom beverage menus.
Can I pre-order for early morning pickup?
Text your order by 5:30 AM and we'll have it ready at the counter when you arrive. Pre-order is available for all early bird menu items.
